Foreign Students experiencing traditional chinese culture

On the approach of Mid-autumn Festival, in order to let foreign students experience the traditional Chinese culture, Tianjin Foreign Studies University and Tianjin Youth Palace hosted the activity in International Exchange Center.

On the spot, the volunteers showed various traditional arts and crafts and invited foreign students to experience these by themselves, which include DIY moon-cake, facial painting, sugar production, dough making and traditional paper cutting.

“I know that tomorrow is the Chinese Mid-autumn Festival and I feel surprised to these activities.So I wanna try myself and later I would like to taste the moon-cake made by myself, It’s really interesting!” said a Ukrainian student who is making the moon-cake.
